Men’s Mental Health month is wrapping up and I wanted to share a bit that’s been on my mind for awhile. This world can be enormously cruel and many men I’ve talked to often feel like they’re being a burden if they talk about their feelings. You’re not. Check in on your bros and don’t be afraid to ask them if you can vent here and there. The real friends won’t mind. Getting to vent is vital and after processing those feelings it’s key to find out what you can do next. The most important step a man can take is the next one….and then the next. Too often we have bad things happen to us that are outside of our control and we surrender to the world, taking our hand off the wheel, letting the world push us wherever it sees fit. This is the dangerous part. While you can’t stop the universe from smiting you every now and then, you can control what you do next to respond. Keep your hand on the wheel, try to look at life with a wider lens, dream bigger dreams and then take action towards them. Discipline and Responsibility are not burdens. They’re key to making this life have meaning.

Please be respectful when talking about the Queen. She was a head of state, a monarch, a mother to multiple pedophiles and most importantly a devoted cousin to her husband

Tip to younger players coming up. You probably rarely experienced or was forced to have a disciplined lifestyle before. Your sleep, diet and exercise will put you way in front of the others at your age. Your talent alone won't.
