I really want to know what laws people think would have stopped the Oregon shooter. He broke a ton of laws to posses and shoot those kids.
I only see more laws stopping the legal gun owner who stopped the shooter long before police arrived

I thought women were free to choose what they did with their bodies? If a woman wants to have sex with 4 men in a night via three separate threesomes and let 6 men do drugs off her body that is her choice. It is not a man's job to tell a woman what she can and cannot do with her body. She chose to be intoxicated, she agreed to, and actively participated in all sexual acts. It is not a man's job to stop her.

Stuff like this should be bigger news. The medias propaganda based reporting is a bigger threat to this country than any president or political party could ever be
ABC NEWS GOT CAUGHT AND HIT THE DELETE BUTTON.
On Wednesday they ran a big "analysis" claiming companies tied to Don Jr. and Eric Trump scored more than $6 billion in government contracts. In less than a day the story was gone, with no editor's note, no correction and no explanation.
Alexa Henning says the reporter counted the size of a company's entire funding round as if it were money from Don Jr.'s 1789 Capital, and that several of these companies were getting contracts under Biden too. If that's true, the whole premise falls apart.
This is the same network that had to pay President Trump $15 million to settle his defamation suit. They publish first, check later, and pray you never notice the delete button. We noticed.

Puting your personal interests second to what you believe is best for the country as a whole, is what an honorable voter does.
It is one thing to have a lapse in judgement. A moment where you forget where you are and what you are doing.
But AOC and Mamdani not only disrespected the Silent Remembrance if the people who died in 9/11 but they couldn't even apologize.
@AOC
This appears to be a reasonable look (though admittedly fits my desired narrative)

HMMM. You are a lawyer?
I studied in law school, but later became a scientist.
Let me have a crack at all this:
Clancey case represents the ultimate breakdown of a trial when a jury is forced to weigh a post-crime diagnosis against calculated, real-time actions.
Based on legal principles, she should have been found guilty because the prosecution's evidence showed clear, methodical planning in the minutes and hours leading up to the murders. She deliberately constructed a specific timeline, using her phone to search for ways to kill and purposefully sending her husband out of the house on a specific errand to buy food and pick up medicine. This gave her a precise window of isolation, proving a calculated execution of a plan rather than a chaotic mind completely detached from reality, which establishes the necessary legal intent for murder.
Furthermore, there was no proven pre-crime diagnosis of postpartum psychosis before the tragedy occurred. While she suffered from documented anxiety, insomnia, and general depression, she had never been diagnosed as psychotic. The severe psychosis defense was a retrospective diagnosis made exclusively after she had committed multiple child murders and was facing life in prison.
In the eyes of criminal accountability, a post-arrest medical explanation cannot rewrite the intentional, physical steps taken during the crime. Everyone faces terrible struggles, but a post-crime diagnosis does not clear someone of the calculated, intentional taking of innocent lives.
Finally, the recent media blitz by the three female jurors bashing the lone holdout and trying to pressure the judge into throwing him off the panel was a clear act of manipulation. The claim that the holdout admitted to doubt but refused to follow instructions was never verified by the court record or the judge, who completely saw through the play and refused to dismiss him. The holdout juror stood his ground because he applied the correct standard and resisted a massive amount of peer pressure inside that room.
The WNBA is such a train wreck. Every week it's some new idiocy. I love it
Angel Reese’s PR is INSANE 😭
NBA TV praised Angel Reese’s offensive “improvement” WITHOUT showing her shooting percentages.
FG%: 45.8% to 43.5%
2PT%: 47.8% to 46.3%
3PT%: 18.2% to 18.0%
FT%: 75.6% to 73.8%
She is also 9-for-50 from three and her assists have dropped from 3.7 to 2.8 per game.
Taking more shots does not mean you improved. It just means you are taking more shots. 😭
The world is just too tough on black woman. Sophie clearly was at fault for trying to score on this black queen. 🙄
Bylaws say you have to be a soman. The only question here is, how does the WNBA define what makes someone a woman.
How should the WNBA define what a woman is?

Newly released bodycam footage shows a trans University of Central Florida student's pronoun meltdown after a confrontation with police quickly spiraled into an arrest.
Jarrett Vick was ultimately charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, and resisting an officer with violence for the 2025 incident.
Throughout the confrontation Vick ignored police orders, repeatedly shouted female pronouns at officers, and attempted to evade arrest.
Police say Vick became combative after they responded to reports of a verbal altercation and were ultimately forced to use pepper spray, deploying a Taser, and handcuff Vick.
It's always fascinating to watch how quick the left changes their position just to oppose Trump
