Nurses’ salary capped at 1% x 3 yrs. And yet inflation rate at 6%. It’s no wonder nurses are leaving. Make this make sense @fordnation #RepealBill124 #misogyny #nursingshortage #whowilltakecareofyou

I call on Premier Ford to immediately #RepealBill124 to address the urgent nursing crisis. Also, let's utilize the Internationally Educated Nurses we have on ground. No patient should die because of a nursing shortage.

It's almost as if being called "heroes" for two years, yet at the same time having their pay frozen, workload dramatically increased and collective bargaining rights stripped, is resulting in nurses leaving Ontario's workforce.

100% this.
And @MidwivesCMK is doing just this to help @KingstonHSC to care for newly born infants follow-up care. This is the kind of partnerships and innovation that we need right now.
Right about now, I wish @fordnation would turn to regional organizations or Ontario health teams and ask them to lead and innovate to get us through these next few weeks. They have been building partnerships between community +hospitals. We need that right now. #onpoli #onhealth
