They also did it more egregiously than any other school. UCF HAD to take action because it was never going to stop and only get more intense. Look at my full timeline breakdown.
Every other instance, it happened a few times and then the students were told to stop and they did so. This is the only time I’ve seen where they retaliated and did it more the more they were told to stop.
UCF did everything possible to combat this.
I was there in that end zone when a couple dozen drunk students did chant it briefly. UCF had staffers ready to spot and eject those who were doing it, and the PA made an announcement at least 5 times (here's video, the yellow shirts were looking for chanters).
BYU folks commented that UCF did more than any other school.
When you make a big deal about it, this will virtually guarantee this continues to happen elsewhere. Everybody knows this is wrong. We don't need fines or press releases to understand that.
Issue guidelines for schools to follow, similar to how UCF handled it. Eventually, drunk students will forget. This just perpetuates a never-ending loop of chants at every school BYU visits.

Nothing says “American Conference Hoops is back” like a head coach getting arrested for booze cruising days before tipoff 😭 🙏 #BuiltToRise

NEW: The Big 12 has fined UCF $100,000 for anti-LDS chants during the BYU game.
The conference has also added that a second confirmed incident of discriminatory conduct during the same game will result in an in-game competitive penalty.

Know Your Opponent:
Milwaukee baseball history.
Lost the Braves due to lack of fan support.
Team name designed to encourage underaged beer drinking.
Greatest player: Greg Vaughn (pictured below)
What city would likely have an American baseball team named the Brewers?
Tampa or Milwaukee
The answer is obviously Tampa!!!!
1,500,000 > 46,000
Tampa’s largest American owned brewery brews more than 30 times the beer that largest American owned brewers in Milwaukee does.

Screw the haters.
If you have tickets for Game 4 - GO!
If you’re a parent and you can take your kids…GO!
It’s the World Series.
Make memories, buy some gear…and if you happen to see the Brewers win, that’s an experience.
Also…why not see if TB can force Game 5?!
Talking to a Brewers fan this morning. It was cool to learn they have Culver’s up there too. A little taste of Tampa up in Wisconsin. Nice to know Tampa restaurants are branching out to lesser areas.

Chair of Fla State Univ System Board re fan behavior at UCF game yesterday
The conduct of these fans at the @UCF vs. @BYU game was disgraceful, and the @SUS_Florida Board of Governors has no patience for this. The President of UCF, with whom I’ve been in contact, and his team, acted immediately when this occurred. Fans who did this were kicked out of the game, and i suspect the university will have its own plans for dealing with students who violated their policies. I know President Cartwright well, and no one is more disgusted than he is, and he is dealing with this appropriately. Thank you, @BYUFlorida and @BYU for your patience and understanding. These people’s conduct does NOT represent our State University System or UCF.
For the last ten years Central fans have been telling us that a team that rose to #2 for one week, then promptly gets beat on the road at an unranked opponent isn’t shit.
