Y ya que estamos con los consejos de salud, aquí van otras cosas que todos pueden hacer, empezando hoy, y que no cuestan ni un centavo:
1. Recibir sol, al menos 15 minutos al día.
2. Caminar descalzos unos minutos sobre la grama, tierra o arena (no en la vía pública, jajaja).
3. Dormir.
4. Pasar tiempo con la familia/amigos.
5. Leer un libro (aunque sea unas páginas al día).
6. Detenerse un minuto al día para respirar profundamente.
7. Cerrar los ojos y meditar (pensar) 5 minutos al día.
8. Sonreír (aunque estén solos).
9. Decir gracias, por favor y buenos días.
Háganlo y si no se sienten 10 veces mejor de lo que se sienten ahora, voten por la oposición en las próximas elecciones 😂

🇸🇻🇨🇳 El Salvador's new national stadium is now 75% done, and it's on track to be the biggest in Central America.
The 50,000-seat stadium is a gift from China, built by a Chinese state construction giant on the grounds of a former military school just outside San Salvador, and it's expected to open in 2027.
First the biggest prison in the Americas, now the biggest stadium in Central America. Bukele clearly knows that size matters 😆

Con más de $1,022 millones generados en impuestos hasta agosto pasado, más otros $312.8 millones de actividades relacionadas, seguimos apostando por darle al país los recursos necesarios para su desarrollo de manera planificada y sostenida, con reglas claras y confianza.
Junto al sector privado diseñamos una estrategia de Rentabilización de la Seguridad; eso implicaba crear procesos que aceleran la eficiencia en permisos, diseñar herramientas (como nuestra IA NIX) para acelerar los procesos de decisión, instaurar un nuevo Plan Metropolitano (enfocado en la re densificación y creación de nuevos nodos de desarrollo), y trabajar con puertas abiertas y reglas claras.
Esta estrategia se encuentra generando una dinámica tributaria que favorece la inversión social y las obras públicas en todo El Salvador.

A decade ago El Salvador led the world in homicides. Today it's under 1 per 100,000, tourism is 14% of GDP, the economy is growing, and public school kids are testing at European levels.
Nobody predicted this. Most people still won't say it out loud. Say it anyway. 🇸🇻

My parents lived through the civil war. Over 75,000 people killed. Thousands disappeared.
They never talk about it. Not once, unprompted, in my whole life.
That silence is why my generation has to be loud about what came after. 🇸🇻
In 2021 El Salvador made Bitcoin legal tender and the world lost its mind.
Almost nobody covering it mentioned the actual reason: around 70% of Salvadorans had no bank account. No account means no credit, no savings, no way to receive money without paying a stranger 10% of it.
You don't have to like the answer. You should understand the question. 🇸🇻

El Salvador has the most consistent surf in Central America and almost nobody knew, because for twenty years you couldn't get to the beach without passing through territory.
