I'll be moving future updates on "SilverSpoon Ai" mobile app and the new $SPOONAI community token over to the official page @silverspoonai. Follow that page for updates. This one is my personal page and I post about stocks, investing, sports, and all other aspects of my life. The app has been doing well without spamming updates on X so I haven't been posting a lot on here about it. I'll try my best to provide more regular updates on that page. Please stop messaging me to do paid promotion. I rather it grow organically and have people who actually believe in the product and community promote it at their own will. 🚨 $IREN's >35 GW Pipeline They FINALLY did it.... I can't believe $IREN finally revealed the size of their massive pipeline. For years investors were begging management to reveal the size of their power pipeline. It only took the stock to crash 58% YTD for them to reveal this very relevant piece of info. But honestly, wow. No other neocloud, or colo provider for that matter, even comes close to 35 GW...

$IREN just signed a 5-year deal at ~$22M per MW with the customer prepaying 90% of GPU costs compared with 20% on its $MSFT tranches. If $CRWV and $NBIS can secure similar terms then it could take a lot of pressure off expensive debt financing that's been weighing on neoclouds.

$OPEN is launching “Buy with Opendoor” allowing customers to purchase any home rather than being limited to properties the company owns. Pretty big shift toward an asset-light model where Opendoor can earn mortgage, title and closing fees without having to buy property.
