All y'all homeschooling for the first time will soon realize kids are just hobbits. They're small and talkative and 2nd breakfast is actually a thing.
We've homeschooled for years. One of the more challenging adjustments: realizing you're NOT just the teacher -- you're the bus driver, cafeteria worker, and janitor too.
