The @Angels completed one of the most extraordinary #WorldSeries comebacks OTD in 2002 โฆ
Trailing 3-2 in the series and down 5-0 in Game 6, the Halos would rally for 6 runs across 2 innings, going on to win the game 6-5! ๐ฎ
They also went on to win Game 7 to win their first World Series in franchise history.
In case u are all wondering;
The most runs scored by a team in a single inning in World Series history is 10 runs. [1, 2]
This record has been achieved twice: [1]
โข1929 Philadelphia Athletics โ Scored 10 runs in the 7th inning and Tigers did it in โ68!
