52.1% of adults with mental illness received treatment in 2024. The average delay to care? 11 years. And 120M people live in mental health professional shortage areas. ArcaMind is helping bridge the gap through WHO-based community mental health training. na2.hubs.ly/H06gp9p0
Tomorrow thousands of runners hit the shores of Lake Superior for the 50th Grandma's Marathon here in Duluth and we are HERE for it! ArcaMind is cheering loudly for every runner who laced up this year, and especially for those using these miles to fight through something bigger!
(DBT) Skills Training equips participants with practical tools to manage emotions, improve relationships, build resilience, and navigate life's challenges.
"This training was life changing. Not only for me, but for my students, their families, and our school atmosphere!" 💚
Monday can make the whole week feel overwhelming.
One strategy we teach in our trainings: break big problems into smaller, manageable steps.
Instead of asking:
❌ "How do I get everything done this week?"
Try asking:
✅ "What's the most important thing I can do today?"
This past week we had our first EASE (Early Adolescent Skills for Emotions) training! 8 people completed the training and will go on to use the intervention at their organizations. A huge thank you goes out to our trainers from The New School for Social Research!
Community plays a powerful role in supporting mental health. Meaningful connections remind us that we don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
What are some activities that bring you a greater sense of community? Let us know in the comments!
ArcaMind is exhibiting at NAMICON, the annual conference hosted by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) to unite advocates, families, individuals with lived mental health experience, and professionals to advance mental health awareness, education, and advocacy.
Connect with nature 🌿

ArcaMind is growing 🌱
We’ve expanded our helper network to the West Coast and recently completed a Training of Facilitators (TOF). We now have four trained facilitators ready to train the next wave of PM+ helpers—expanding access to mental health support where it’s needed most.
The things that make you smile matter—prioritizing them helps reduce stress and strengthens your mental well-being.
What brings you joy?
Supporting youth mental health starts with the right tools.
Join us on June 8th from 2–3 PM CST for a free event introducing EASE (Early Adolescent Skills for Emotions)
