A few housekeeping items from #NYR:
- James Reimer is being placed on waivers but still back up tonight
- Joonas Korpisalo will take over as the second goalie on the roster starting on the upcoming road trip
- Sean Durzi is being placed on IR, retroactive to Oct. 26
The Wolf Pack have two games in the next three days:
•Friday in Rochester versus the Americans
•Saturday in Syracuse versus the Crunch
After that, their next game would be on Tuesday in Springfield versus the Thunderbirds.
Sullivan said they have a certain amount of games in mind for Korpisalo's conditioning stint but declined to reveal how many. He did say he expects him to make the trip out west with #NYR -- if not at the start then at least joining the team somewhere along the way -- so it sounds like there's a real chance he makes his season debut in the next week or so.
The Wolf Pack’s win streak snap at two games. Their point streak also snap at three games.
Tonight was tough for them as they couldn’t get going. They struggled on both ends, along with the PP (0/4) and PK (HER scored on both power plays).
They’ll have to regroup.
Here’s your lineup and scratches for tonight’s game. ⬇️
