Great to be at my first sold out #CFGAC24 conference today. Such a fantastic atmosphere meeting our inspiring charity members and corporate partners, alongside my lovely new @CFGtweets colleagues 🙌
Thoroughly spoilt as I say farewell to colleagues&my fabulous team after 11+ years at the @BDA_Dietitians🩵. It’s been a pleasure working with so many inspiring members, directors and partners who make up the BDA’s vibrant membership community. #membership #community #dietitians
Happy Dietitian’s Week 2024 to this fantastic profession!
Almost 12 years ago I saw a Membership role at the @BDA_Dietitians and was intrigued to learn more. I’ve been helping to support, promote and grow this inspiring community of dietetic professionals ever since! #DW2024
I chose dietetics because… 🤔
Did you choose dietetics or did dietetics choose you!? Tell us how you ended up here, what inspired you to train and what continues to motivate you. #DW2024

What she said 👇👏
Seeing a packed out Wembley for a women's final is incredibly special, the entire tournament has been. Congrats to the @Lionesses. As a Welsh girl, I've been envious and have wished we were part of it.
Can't wait for 6th Sept and a crucial World Cup qualifier. LET'S GO 🏴⚽️
History made tonight, finally!
The last time England won a major football trophy women were banned from playing football.
What a moment for all those who battled before to get this current crop here 🙌🏻 #WEURO2022
Absolutely 👏⚽️
"If there is no legacy after this, then what are we doing? Because girls should be able to play." 🗣
Spot on, @IanWright0 ❤️️

Eventful morning jog along the canal finding this little deer stuck. Thanks to the vet (also out running) and the amazing @WMFSBournbrook team for cutting her loose. 🦌
Oh deer 🦌. This poor little muntjac was trapped near a rail line but, thanks to @WMFSBournbrook, was released promptly. A vet, that was luckily in the area, checked over the deer before it was released back into the wild. Great work by our teams. #NotJustFires #AnimalRescue
