I’m not a fan of drama. Over the past few years, there has been far too much drama in the aim community, and honestly, I’m tired of it. I want us to focus on positive experiences, having fun, and building something that people genuinely enjoy being part of. One of my biggest concerns is that our team could eventually become a group driven by ego rather than the values we want to represent. That’s also why I’ve been taking a more conservative approach to scouting recently. If I feel that someone might not be the right fit for our team, I try to communicate that respectfully and tactfully, without unnecessarily hurting their feelings. I also understand that when you really want to do something but aren't able to, it can sometimes lead to frustration or even anger. Those feelings are completely understandable, and I'm not here to judge anyone for having them. At the same time, I hope we can handle those situations with maturity and respect for one another. I want Aimerz+ to be a place where people can enjoy themselves, support each other, and grow together without unnecessary negativity or ego. We don't have to agree on everything, and everyone is entitled to their own feelings and opinions. What matters to me is how we choose to express them and treat others. I want us to build a positive community that people are proud to be part of, not one that adds more drama to a community that has already had enough of it.
