At a press conference yesterday, @FBIDallas Special Agent in Charge R. Joseph Rothrock announced that FBI Dallas and other field offices conducted operations at more than 40 Texas residences and seized approximately 187 laptops and KVM devices used in fraudulent remote IT employment schemes.
North Korean IT workers allegedly used stolen identities and U.S.-based facilitators to gain access to American corporate systems and generate revenue for the regime’s weapons programs.
The FBI will continue working with law enforcement and private-sector partners to disrupt these networks and protect U.S. businesses and national security. Companies with information about suspected schemes should report it at ic3.gov/.

If they come back today and say they still can’t agree, it’s a hung jury. Mistrial. She stays in custody. Prosecutors start over with a new jury.

Indian nationals Prashant Gajera and Dharaben Davadiya were just convicted of carrying out a PayPal fraud scheme.
Davadiya had just arrived in the US within the last few weeks.
Only here for a few weeks and already committing fraud against US citizens...

Both were given a 5-year SUSPENDED prison sentence.

The fact that CJ Roberts had to resort to a simple order continuing the stay until further order means there are 5+ votes to reverse Judge Leon but the Court was not yet ready to release that decision.
Quite likely, based on the past, that one or more of the three liberal Justices is writing an impassioned dissenting statement and is not yet ready for it to be published.
