Year 5/6 made blood soup today to investigate the components of our blood! We found it fascinating that the red colour comes from the iron in haemoglobin in our red blood cells🩸

Said goodbye to my first Year 6 cohort today😢 and just like that, my NQT year is over! I think it’s safe to say that it will be a year I won’t be forgetting in a hurry🌈⭐️

Day three of Year 6's final week celebrations: afternoon tea party! We spent the morning making hats, bow ties and bunting and then indulged in copious amounts of cake🍰🍓☕️
