In Gainesville, Alachua County sheriff’s deputies and the FBI arrested 15-year-old Jude Sleeper, a Buchholz High School student, after investigators say they found him communicating on social media with members and supporters of ISIS about how to build drones and explosives to attack people in an indoor location.
Deputies say his phone contained bomb-making instructions, chemical compound files, and ISIS propaganda. Two jars of chemicals he identified as used to make TATP - a highly unstable explosive - were found in his bedroom. He was charged with making or attempting to make a destructive device. The investigation is ongoing...
Meanwhile, in Pinellas County, the commission narrowly approved the expansion of Masjid Al-Rahman at 2577 Keystone Road while describing it only as a “community assembly facility.” Residents packed the hearing and said hell no.
