Richard Heart created @pulsechain to promote freedom of speech thru blockchain(since blockchain technically is just sharing Excell sheets of data aka SPEECH). The goal of #PulseChain is to eliminate as much counter party risk aka middlemen as possible to prevent censoring of data and usage on the blockchain.
Twitter is now X. Pulsechain has PulseX. Elon looking for a payment system to unify X into a payment platform. Pulsechain has that covered. It's worth a convo between the two of them honestly.

Full disclosure..I almost fumbled a piece of my bag prior to the rise from the SEC dip. I felt the FOMO amd that was a small piece of my bag. Luckily it worked our in my favor but I can only imagine what these guys are going to feel who are playing with their full bags chasing #Solana and other tokens. Omg. They are going to feel horrible. It's ok to buy other tokens and Ecosystems but do with new money. Moving bags around is a slippery slope.

SEC accuses Heart of misusing funds; Heart's team argues there's no corporate entity behind these programs.
Heart's non-U.S. residence and lack of direct U.S. connections challenge the SEC's jurisdiction.
Complaint allegedly fails to establish Hex, PulseChain, PulseX as "investment contracts" under securities laws.
Allegations of fraud in the complaint lack specificity and evidence.
The SEC's action seen as overreach, potentially infringing on First Amendment rights.
Suggested briefing schedule: Motion due April 8, 2024; SEC response by July 8; reply by August 22.
