SBI INVESTS $100 MILLION
IN U.S. DIGITAL BANK
EREBOR
SBI Holdings has announced a $100 million investment in Erebor Bank through its U.S. subsidiary.
Erebor is a regulated American bank serving companies in AI, defence, energy, robotics and advanced manufacturing.
The bank opened in February 2026 and had already attracted more than $7 billion in deposits by September, according to SBI.
But what makes this investment particularly interesting is Erebor’s financial infrastructure.
Unlike traditional banks that rely heavily on older banking systems, Erebor has developed its own technology supporting:
• Blockchain enabled settlement around the clock.
• Stablecoin deposits and withdrawals.
• Connections to established payment networks.
• Banking and lending services for technology companies.
Erebor already supports stablecoin deposits and withdrawals on the Sui blockchain.
This gives SBI a potential connection to a regulated U.S. banking platform combining conventional finance with digital assets.
SBI is also developing its own stablecoin and tokenization ecosystem in Japan, including JPYSC, RLUSD distribution and institutional digital asset services.
However, there’s an important distinction.
SBI hasn’t confirmed that its investment has closed or announced any operational integration between Erebor and JPYSC, RLUSD or the XRPL.
There’s also no current evidence that this investment requires additional XRP purchases.
For $XRP holders:
this is encouraging because SBI continues expanding its involvement in regulated digital finance across Japan & the United States.
The opportunity becomes much stronger if these banking relationships eventually connect to live XRP or XRPL settlement services.
For now the confirmed development is SBI’s announced $100 million investment in a functioning U.S. digital bank.
The institutional infrastructure is expanding.
The direct XRP connection still needs to be established.

SBI’s YEN STABLECOIN
LENDING SURPASSES
¥10 BILLION
SBI VC Trade has confirmed a major milestone for Japan’s stablecoin market.
As of November 2nd, 2026:
👉More than ¥10 billion in JPYSC lending balances.
👉More than ¥30 billion in total JPYSC balances handled by SBI VC Trade.
👉Customer lending rates ranging from 2% to 3% annually.
JPYSC is a yen backed stablecoin issued by SBI Shinsei Trust Bank.
SBI introduced JPYSC trading in June and launched its lending service in July.
Just a few months later, customers have lent more than ¥10 billion worth of JPYSC to SBI VC Trade.
This is actual customer participation in an operating financial product, not another MOU or proposed pilot.
Customers can currently lend JPYSC for 28, 84 or 168 days, with annualized rates of 2%, 2.5% and 3% respectively.
But there are important details👇
These are not bank deposits. They aren’t covered by Japan’s deposit insurance system, and customers generally cannot withdraw their JPYSC before the agreed lending period ends.
SBI also hasn’t disclosed the underlying source of its lending returns, the identity of any downstream borrowers or its net profit after costs and credit risks.
Another important point is 👇
that JPYSC isn’t yet freely transferable across public blockchains. SBI says wider public chain circulation will follow the necessary legal & regulatory arrangements.
So the reported ¥30 billion represents balances not public blockchain payment volume.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR XRP?👇
SBI’s progress shows growing demand for yen based digital financial products in Japan.
That’s encouraging for the broader institutional digital asset market.
This is evidence of real stablecoin adoption, not direct XRP buying.
Japan is moving beyond stablecoin experiments into financial products with substantial customer balances.
The next opportunity is connecting these regulated products to wider onchain financial markets.

🟡 YELLOW NETWORK
TO BRING NEW TRADING
INFRASTRUCTURE TO
👉THE XRPL
A potentially important development for XRP, RLUSD & the future of digital asset trading.
Yellow Network is building technology that allows exchanges, brokers and trading platforms to trade across different blockchains without recording every transaction individually.
Its system, called Yellow Clearnet, uses state channels to process trades offchain while settling final balances onchain.
By combining payment obligations before settlement it aims to reduce costs, improve trading speed & free up capital.
Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen led Yellow’s $10 million funding round in September 2024.
In October 2025, Yellow announced an integration with the XRPL EVM Sidechain to support cross-chain trading and liquidity for tokenized assets.
In March 2026, Yellow deployed its protocol on Ethereum mainnet.
Now Yellow is looking to expand further.
In late October, CEO Diego Martin outlined plans to develop clearing infrastructure directly on the native XRP Ledger, initially
focusing on XRP and RLUSD.
WHY THIS MATTERS👇
The XRPL already has a built-in decentralized exchange, order book & automated market makers.
Buuuuuut fast settlement alone isn’t enough to attract large trading volumes,
markets also need deep liquidity, efficient clearing & reliable connections between trading platforms.
Yellow aims to provide another piece of that infrastructure.
Its technology could allow trading platforms to process large numbers of trades while settling only the final amounts owed.
That could be particularly useful for institutional trading, high frequency transactions and AI agents operating across multiple networks.
More trading activity could also increase XRP transaction fee burns, although those fees are small.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT👇
The existing XRPL EVM integration has been announced but the planned expansion to the native XRPL is a separate development.
Large scale trading volumes and institutional adoption have not yet been demonstrated.
Yellow will need actual trading activity, liquidity & participants before its clearing technology can deliver the full benefits.
If successful this could help deepen XRP & RLUSD liquidity and strengthen the XRPL’s position in tokenized financial markets🚀
The bigger picture is becoming clearer👇
The XRPL isn’t just attracting payment applications👇
It’s attracting infrastructure designed to support a much broader digital financial marketplace😁

🌐 $PI NETWORK
PI IS TAKING IDENTITY CHECKS BEYOND ITS OWN ECOSYSTEM
PiVerify lets outside businesses use Pi’s identity verification technology. Pi says those businesses pay in $PI.
That creates a practical reason to use the token.
The service helps platforms check identities and reduce fake or duplicate accounts. Its October 29th update added checks for duplicate faces and repeat checks that a real person is present.
Pi says the underlying system has verified over 18 million Pioneers across more than 200 countries and regions. Those are Pi users, not paying business customers.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Pi is offering technology developed for its own community as a service to outside businesses.
If companies keep using it, identity checks could become a recurring source of demand for PI.
The announcement doesn’t disclose customer numbers or revenue yet. We can identify the payment model, but we can’t judge its scale.
A useful step toward giving PI a wider role in everyday digital services 🌐

🌐 $XRP
MORE VALUE MOVED. LESS XRP BURNED.
The XRPL’s Q3 figures tell a story worth understanding.
According to Blockworks:
🔹 Payment volume rose 4.3% to 42.82 billion XRP
🔹 Payment transactions fell 33.6%
🔹 Average payment size rose from about 418 to 657 XRP
🔹 XRP burned through fees fell 11.6% to 35,852 XRP
Fewer payments. Larger amounts on average.
That doesn’t prove banks drove the activity. The figures alone don’t tell us who sent those payments or why.
WHY DID BURN FALL?
The XRPL doesn’t charge a percentage of the amount sent.
Sending more XRP in one payment doesn’t automatically burn more XRP.
Fees depend on the transaction’s requirements and network load.
WHY THIS MATTERS FOR HOLDERS👇
Payment volume measures XRP moving through the network. It doesn’t measure fresh buying or how much XRP users keep.
The same XRP can move repeatedly.
For the investment case, we also need to understand demand to hold XRP for liquidity, reserves, collateral &investment.
The opportunity is broader than fee burn👇
a growing range of reasons to hold and use XRP 🌐

🌐 $XRP AND $RLUSD: THE CONNECTION MANY INVESTORS ARE MISSING
Ripple is expanding RLUSD across banks, exchanges and payment platforms.
Some XRP holders worry that RLUSD is replacing XRP.
But the two assets can work together.
💵 RLUSD provides a stable digital dollar.
🌐 XRP can connect different currencies.
Here’s how.
The XRP Ledger has a built-in feature called auto-bridging.
Imagine someone wants to exchange digital dollars for digital pesos.
If trading directly is expensive, the XRPL can find a cheaper route:
🔹 Digital dollars → XRP
🔹 XRP → Digital pesos
This happens automatically when the XRP route offers a better price.
🏦 WHY THIS MATTERS
As more stablecoins and tokenized assets become available on the XRPL, there could be more opportunities for XRP to connect them.
That could increase demand for XRP liquidity.
But there’s an important detail.
The opportunity is in building deeper markets where XRP becomes a useful bridge between assets.
RLUSD brings stable money onto blockchain rails. XRP can help that money move between currencies.
That’s how the two could grow together 🌐

JAPAN TESTS STABLECOIN PAYMENTS
TISI and CARDNET completed a real-world payment trial using yen and dollar stablecoins.
💳 62 participants
💳 137 payments
💳 September 1st–8th
But the important part happened behind the counter.
The companies also tested:
🔹 Merchant settlement
🔹 Transaction matching
🔹 Accounting processes
This matters because stablecoin payments must work for businesses, not just customers.
The trial was restricted and the payment terminal wasn’t connected to the shop’s POS system.
The blockchain and stablecoins weren’t disclosed.
TISI is targeting commercialization in fiscal 2027.
Japan is building the foundations for everyday stablecoin payments 🌐
#Japan #Stablecoins #Payments #Tokenization
TISI is a Japanese IT services company within the TIS INTEC Group. It builds business systems, including financial and payment technology, and serves more than 4,500 companies.
In this trial, TISI handled the technology, while CARDNET handled payment operations. They tested the full process from customers paying with stablecoins to the shop receiving funds and completing its accounting.
Some connections worth knowing 👇
🔹 TISI works with SBI R3 Japan on Corda testing.
🔹 TISI also worked with MUFG, Mizuho and SMBC on a separate stablecoin trial. All three banks previously joined SBI Ripple Asia’s banking consortium.
🔹 CARDNET’s shareholders include Mitsubishi UFJ NICOS, Sumitomo Mitsui Card and TISI.
🔹 Sumitomo Mitsui Card also partners with SBI Securities.
These companies are already closely connected to Japan’s major financial institutions 🇯🇵
🚨 SOFI BRINGS
INTEREST EARNING
DIGITAL DOLLARS TO BANKING 🏦
A major development for blockchain adoption!
🇺🇸 FIRST, WHAT IS SOFI?
SoFi Technologies (NASDAQ: SOFI) is a major American digital banking and financial services company.
🔹 15.8 MILLION members
🔹 A nationally chartered U.S. bank
🔹 Banking, lending, investing and crypto services
🔹 Its own dollar-backed stablecoin, SoFiUSD
Now it’s taking another step into blockchain finance.
💰 THE NEW DEVELOPMENT
On October 22nd, SoFi launched SOFIE, an interest-earning tokenized bank deposit.
🔹 4.40% variable annual yield at launch
🔹 FDIC insurance up to applicable limits
🔹 Each SOFIE represents $1 deposited at SoFi Bank
🔹 Convert SOFIE into SoFiUSD at 1:1
🔹 Transfer SoFiUSD over supported blockchains 24/7
Unlike SOFIE deposits, SoFiUSD stablecoins aren’t FDIC insured.
The product is rolling out to eligible customers through November.
🌐 THE BIGGER PICTURE 👇
This isn’t a small crypto startup experimenting with digital money.
It’s an established U.S. bank bringing interest-earning tokenized deposits and blockchain payments together.
Customers can earn interest while holding money at the bank, then convert it into stablecoins when they’re ready to move it.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR $XRP?
SoFi hasn’t announced that SOFIE or SoFiUSD uses the XRPL.
But the development strengthens the broader opportunity for blockchain-based banking, stablecoins and digital settlement.
Ripple, RLUSD and the XRPL are competing to serve this expanding financial market.
For XRP holders, growing adoption of blockchain finance creates more potential opportunities for long-term utility.
Traditional banking and digital finance are coming together.
The financial system continues moving onchain 🚀

🚨 $XRP & $RLUSD
ENTER U.S. BANKING INFRASTRUCTURE 🏦
A major step toward bringing the XRP Ledger into everyday financial services!
On October 15th, Cross River Bank announced the integration of Ripple’s RLUSD into its core banking platform.
This goes beyond another stablecoin listing.
🔹 RLUSD payments supported on the XRPL
🔹 Fintech companies can access RLUSD through ONE banking API
🔹 Connections to ACH, wire transfers and real-time payments
🔹 24/7 blockchain settlement
🔹 Cross-border payments and treasury transfers
💰 WHY THIS MATTERS 👇
Fintech companies no longer need to build their own blockchain infrastructure to access RLUSD through Cross River.
They can connect traditional banking services with blockchain settlement through one platform.
This could help businesses move money faster and manage liquidity around the clock.
🌐 THE BIGGER PICTURE
Cross River is bringing the XRPL into regulated U.S. banking infrastructure.
For XRP holders, growing RLUSD adoption could create more opportunities for XRP to provide liquidity between currencies and digital assets.
RLUSD payments don’t automatically require XRP as a bridge asset.
Customer access is currently limited to certain U.S. states and actual payment volumes haven’t been disclosed.
But the infrastructure is now in place.
The more financial institutions connect traditional banking with the XRPL, the greater the opportunity for XRP to become useful across global financial markets.
Another step toward institutional adoption and domination 🚀

🚨 $XLM
CURVE LAUNCHES ON STELLAR 🚀
Another major development for XLM!
On October 29th, Curve Finance launched StableSwap on Stellar mainnet.
It’s Curve’s first native deployment outside Ethereum-compatible networks.
🔹 Efficient stablecoin swaps
🔹 Liquidity pools earning trading fees
🔹 Lower potential trading slippage
🔹 Infrastructure for tokenized assets
🏦 WHY THIS MATTERS 👇
Stellar already supports payments, stablecoins and tokenized investment funds.
Now Curve adds technology to help these assets trade efficiently.
Its FXSwap system for currency trading is planned after an audit.
For $XLM holders, this expands Stellar’s financial ecosystem and creates opportunities for future network growth.
Global finance continues moving onchain 🚀

🚨 $LINK
CHAINLINK UNLOCKS INSTITUTIONAL CRYPTO LENDING 🏦
A major development for LINK👇
On October 26th, Chainlink launched CustodySync with Anchorage Digital Bank.
Institutions can now access DeFi lending while keeping their digital assets in regulated custody.
🔹 Assets remain with the custodian
🔹 Chainlink verifies collateral balances
🔹 Shared pricing helps manage lending risk
🔹 Anchorage manages collateral and liquidations
💰 THE OPPORTUNITY
Chainlink estimates approximately $700 BILLION in digital assets are held in custody.
CustodySync creates a way for institutions to put some of that capital to work without surrendering custody.
🌐 THE BIGGER PICTURE 👇
This connects regulated financial institutions with blockchain lending markets.
For $LINK holders, it expands Chainlink’s role in institutional finance and creates another potential source of long-term network demand.
Actual lending volumes and additional LINK demand haven’t been confirmed yet.
Institutional finance continues moving onchain 🚀

💰 $XLM
STELLAR BECOMES A DEFAULT NETWORK IN METAMASK
A major expansion for $XLM!
On October 29th, MetaMask integrated Stellar directly into its mobile and browser wallets.
🔹 Existing users now have Stellar addresses
🔹 No separate wallet required
🔹 Send and receive XLM
🔹 Access Stellar tokens and swaps
🌐 WHY THIS MATTERS 👇
Stellar already supports payments, stablecoins and tokenized investments.
Now one of crypto’s biggest wallets makes that ecosystem easier to access.
This removes a major barrier for potential new users.
It doesn’t mean every MetaMask user is actively using Stellar yet.
For $XLM holders
easier access creates another opportunity for long term network growth.

🚨 $ONDO
BRINGS BLACKROCK STRATEGIES ONCHAIN 🚀
A major step forward for ONDO and institutional tokenization!
On October 29th, Ondo Finance launched seven tokenized investment portfolios on Solana.
Three are based on investment strategies developed by BlackRock specifically for Ondo.
🔹 Income portfolios
🔹 Growth portfolios
🔹 AI and technology exposure
🔹 Magnificent 7 and crypto exposure
💰 THE RESULTS 👇
Ondo reports more than $45 MILLION already invested across these portfolios on Ethereum and BNB Chain.
Investors can now access an entire investment strategy through ONE token.
The underlying assets include tokenized stocks and ETFs.
BlackRock provides the model strategies but doesn’t manage or issue the tokens.
🌐 THE BIGGER PICTURE 👇
Tokenization is moving beyond individual stocks.
Entire investment portfolios can now be represented by blockchain tokens with automated rebalancing.
For $ONDO holders, this expands the ecosystem & creates another potential source of long term growth.
Direct additional demand for the ONDO token hasn’t been established yet.
Global investment markets continue moving onchain 🚀

DON’T COUNT THE SAME COINS TWICE
XRP leaving exchanges and rising ETF holdings can describe the same coins.
Bitwise allows two ways to create new ETF shares:
🔹 Cash: Dollars are delivered and the fund buys XRP.
🔹 In kind: XRP is delivered directly into fund custody.
Higher ETF holdings don’t always mean a fresh purchase by the fund.
Here’s a hypothetical example 👇
10 million XRP leaves a tracked exchange wallet and enters ETF custody.
Exchange balances fall by 10 million.
ETF holdings rise by 10 million.
Adding them would suggest 20 million XRP absorbed.
The same 10 million was counted twice.
ETF growth matters. Understanding where the coins came from makes the picture clearer 🌐

$XRP PAYMENT ADOPTION
DOCUMENTED EXAMPLES
Named institutions have publicly described using XRP for cross border payments.
Here’s what the evidence supports 👇
🇧🇷 TRAVELEX BANK
Ripple announced its XRP powered On Demand Liquidity launch with Travelex Bank on August 18th 2022.
The initial corridor connected Mexico and Brazil.
🌍 EURO EXIM BANK
In material published on its own website the bank says it implemented On Demand Liquidity using XRP to support local currency payouts and reduce liquidity requirements.
🇯🇵 SBI REMIT
On September 6th 2023 SBI Remit announced an expansion of XRP powered remittances to bank accounts in the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia.
SBI Remit is a remittance company. Receiving money into a bank account doesn’t mean the receiving bank handles XRP.
💡 WHY THIS MATTERS
These are documented examples of XRP’s payment utility.
They establish a foundation. They don’t yet prove widespread Tier One bank adoption or reveal current XRP settlement volumes.
For XRP holders, fresh evidence of expanding usage strengthens the long term case.
Named institutions.

🏆 $XRP’s INSTITUTIONAL
GOLD STANDARD
Brad Garlinghouse reportedly sees XRP becoming the “institutional gold standard for crypto rails” over the next five years.
The infrastructure taking shape helps explain it.
🔹 BNY now supports institutional custody of XRP and RLUSD.
🔹 Ripple Prime has announced expansion into XRP-backed lending.
🔹 The XRPL can route trades through XRP when it offers a better price than trading directly.
🏦 WHY THIS MATTERS
Institutions need secure custody, deep liquidity and useful financial services before they can put an asset to work at scale.
Those building blocks are expanding around XRP.
The opportunity goes beyond transaction fees.
It includes XRP held to provide liquidity, bridge currencies and secure financing.
We don’t yet know how large that demand will become.
Garlinghouse’s ambition is clear. Growing institutional use would give it substance.
The foundations are being built 🌐
#XRP #XRPL #Ripple #Tokenization #goldstandard
🚨 RIPPLE JUST DESTROYED ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT XRP AND RLUSD!
Ripple’s @_JackMcDonald_ just made something abundantly clear: RLUSD IS NOT HERE TO REPLACE XRP. IT IS HERE TO EXPAND THE ECOSYSTEM THAT XRP POWERS.
Every RLUSD transaction settled on the XRP Ledger requires XRP for network fees. The more institutions, banks, and payment providers adopt RLUSD on XRPL, the more activity flows through infrastructure powered by XRP.
RLUSD brings the dollars. XRP powers the rails.
And the market is STILL treating these two assets as competitors.
The real story isn’t RLUSD versus XRP. It’s what happens when institutional adoption starts accelerating across BOTH.
THE BIGGER RLUSD GETS ON XRPL, THE MORE IMPORTANT XRP’S ROLE BECOMES.

$XRP AND $YELLOW
2 WAY OPPORTUNITY
Yellow supports XRP on the XRPL EVM Sidechain and FXRP on Flare.
Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen led Yellow’s $10M seed round.
🏦 WHY THE CONNECTION MATTERS
Yellow connected to XRPL EVM with a focus on making tokenized real world assets easier to trade.
Its network clears repeated updates offchain through state channels. The final net result settles onchain.
🔹 XRP and FXRP gain another route into apps and connected trading venues.
🔹 Yellow gains access to assets and potential users from the XRP ecosystem.
🔹 Node operators lock YELLOW as collateral, while network services use YELLOW fees.
🤖 AI agents could become another source of activity as Yellow builds clearing for machine-to-machine commerce.
The connections are documented. XRP related volume and fees through Yellow still need to be proven.
Real usage is what would turn this 2way opportunity into lasting demand 🌐
