And now for a thread no one asked for that I will abandon in a week or two, here's my personal assessment of each E.R character. I'm going to use the IMDB cast list starting with the 1st episode until I run out of steam.
I may also do an assessment of their major love interests.
You were not a loyal customer. You were an entitled douchebag and dollars to donuts, this was you tapdancing on her last nerve
My nail tech just lost a loyal customer over TWENTY MINUTES, and honestly, I expected better treatment! I’d booked a 10 a.m. appointment but stopped at a bakery and arrived at 10:22. She said she could still do a basic polish, but there wasn’t enough time for my nail extensions because another client was booked at 11:30. I told her I’d already made the trip and the next girl could wait a little. She replied, “She booked her appointment just like you booked yours.” EXCUSE ME?!
I don't mean to burst anyone's bubble but your kids actually don't need you specifically. You can leave them for a weekend here and there.
Some moms have to for work. You think kids are stunted when mommy leaves the kids with grandma for a work trip?
Are you fucking serious??? Like yes, no benefits is a problem. They are often unaffordable to get on your own if not offered through the company. You're leaving your employees with no safety net and can't believe they aren't grateful.

Once again, 14 year old mothers are rare and never sent to a home with without adult supervision and as a certified 80s baby, only neglectful AF parents left kids overnight for multiple days without an adult.
If the oldest was 17, this would be different.
Let me give you a run down of growing up in the 60s and 70s and parenting in the 80s. If your parents worked and you were out of school, you stayed home by yourself. Don't open the door for anyone and if there is an emergency, call 911, don't bother them at work.
At 14, if parents went out of town overnight, the party was at your house. The only time the cops called parents was to let them know they needed to swing by the jail to pick us up on the way home.
As parents, we did not take kids in the grocery store where they could beg for everything and whine because they were bored. No. We left them in the car and they would be just fine when we finished. On the way home, we might stop at the convenience store where we sent the kids in to get us a pack of cigarettes and a 6 pack of beer. A nod to the cashier let her know it was okay.
Nowadays, a 14 year old is old enough to give birth to her rapists baby, but not old enough to supervise 3 siblings who are old enough to take care of themselves.
At this point, I really do believe there is some system that passes out talking points to stupid people to keep the engagement going because why are we bringing pregnant 14 year olds into the party?
We don't send teen mothers home from the hospital without an adult, dummy.
I do not have a high opinion of the po po in general but that lady got the call about her kids on Wednesday but she kept her original return date of Friday and then got arrested.
You don't think they talked to the kids and thought about it before arresting her?
The way people are so quick to side with a frumpily dressed while woman is wild to me.
Look at that lady and tell me it's perfectly reasonable to believe she had no choice but to leave her 14 year old as the primary caretaker for three younger siblings without a close adult.
Bodycam footage shows Florida deputies arresting a mother at an airport after authorities say she left her four children, ages 9, 11, 12 and 14, home alone while traveling to Las Vegas for work.
Irene Miller, 50, was taken into custody Friday as she stepped off a plane. Two days earlier, one of her children had called 911 after a dumbbell fell on her 9-year-old brother's head.
When deputies arrived at the family's Kissimmee home, they found the children without adult supervision and had the injured boy taken to a hospital, where he was treated and released. Miller now faces four counts of child neglect.
If they were headed to the neighbor's house at night, fine, especially if it were summer. But school is in, these kids have homework and need to be fed and in bed on time, on the bus in the morning and their adult "caretaker" looking in on them is 70mi away.
If that lady was Black and poor and left those kids overnight to stock shelves for 8hrs at Walmart, you'd want her shot.
But she's a 50 year old white mom with a job that covers travel expenses so leaving her kids unattended for a days is totally fine....
I'm sorry but I refuse to believe a grown woman of 50 with a job that involves out of state travel doesn't have the resources to provide adequate supervision for her children for 5 days.
Stop talking like this is a cashier at Dollar General.
No. You can have sympathy for the difficult position she might have been but this lady has a corporate job with travel and the person she tasked with looking in on her children wasn't a neighbor across the yard but someone 70mi away in Tampa.
This is neglect.

This story gets even more ludicrous when you read that to keep these kids “safe,” the police handed them over to their father, who is currently facing charges for domestic abuse and that’s why he wasn’t in the picture to begin with.
So she needed to work, had a contact that lasted less than a week out of state, didn’t want to take her kids out of school for that long to bring them with her, and certainly didnt want to leave them with the abusive husband. So she hired a babysitter to get her kids ready for school in the mornings and check in on them after school while she was gone (likely couldn’t afford to have the babysitter stay round the clock).
And now her face is plastered everywhere as a horrible mother who needs to go to jail for child neglect.
I just think that’s absurd. She’s clearly not a bad mother, she just didn’t have many other options.
You have lost your ever loving mind because no, you cannot leave your 14 year old to keep their younger siblings for days while you leave the state.
I need your fallopian tubes to tangle themselves up while your frontal lobe develops, which I suspect might take longer than most
So I don't want to see 14 year old moms, that's abhorrent but we don't send 14 year olds with babies to homes without an adult there. If a legal adult isn't in the home, teen parents and their babies are sent to foster care.

in this country you can be forced to birth and raise your incest baby at age 14 but apparently you’re not old enough to watch your siblings for a few days 👍🏼
I've never needed anything to be this true in my entire life

It's important for parents to understand your child's developmentally appropriate reaction to a thing you chose to do doesn't necessarily mean you were wrong to do it or your child is suffering. The only way for kids to learn they are fine and safe without you is like this.
