The design has changed slightly, but! The proposal for the InterCity West Coast livery will be published in 2 weeks. It will include full 807 and 390 graphics. There will be a bull version for internal, (is Avanti, GBR ect.), and slightly redacted version available publicly.

As mentions in a previous thread, the "Moving Britain, by Design" GBR livery designs are being given a refresh, but the basic still stands; improve micro-wayfinding and accessibility designs on main vehicles first, any embellishments can be added to ends of coaches/whitespace.
