I am scheduled to attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Antigua and Barbuda. I am also scheduled to deliver an address at the American Caribbean Maritime Foundation (ACMF) Gala in Miami, Florida. I will be away from the country during the period November 1–6, 2026. Deputy Prime Minister the Honourable Dr. Horace Chang will lead the Government until my return.

He used to be a great personality on here. Incredibly witty and funny. Slowly but surely, the shift happened. I see it with a few others as well. The rebrand is sad to see but alas. The bread must make it worth it (I hope).

What I am realizing with this Beenie Man and alot of Jamaicans. Their idea of recovery is not the restoration of Electricity & Water, rebuilding Hospitals & Schools and roads clean up etc. They are still in the mindset of a more personalized benefit. That's what I'm hearing
