Depressing.
Tried chatting with Godaddy’s AI assistant to troubleshoot a dns issue it wasn’t helpful at all.
I then called the phone number and spoke to a human who told me to “google it” then transferred me to another department that said they couldn’t help but …
Wanted to review my account (and sell me additional services) to make sure everything else was good …
I finally turned to @claudeai who immediately helped me.
I used to love GoDaddy customer service. I’m a little heartbroken. Guess times are changing. 🤷♀️

But I’m weirdly worried it will influence my designs/be distracting vs a more neutral silver.
Thoughts? Experience?
Also worry I’ll get tired of such a trendy look in 7-8 yrs

This week I got an invite to do voice acting.
For reference, I am a graphic designer.
Ya know what I realized today? I’ve barely use search engines at all anymore.
I’m on the full AI train for most queries.
When Google robbed me of my search traffic overnight in 2023 it felt like a curse.

This allows us to use the tracker which is then best thing since sliced bread.
- hourly contracts are the way to go
