It's been months that I keep saying Hitler was far left. Every time, thousands of clowns show up in my replies to give me history lessons. So I made a video to answer all these low IQ takes at once. Topic closed. Next.

We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence. block.xyz/dessa

Just finished moving off Railway to AWS (ECS + OpenTofu), one service at a time with no downtime. Published the process as a skill for others looking to do the same! npx skills add 2018kguo/migrate-off-railway

Cancer patients with the same diagnosis often have very different tumor biology. Molecular testing can reveal underlying differences, but that's slow and expensive. Introducing Holon-S1, our platform to predict genes and biomarkers from routine pathology slides. • beats two other models at predicting spatial gene activity in a controlled comparison • has identified potentially novel biomarkers in breast cancer and colon cancer • evaluated across 16 organ types and more than 15 scanners, using slides from both formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded and fresh-frozen tissue. We believe Holon-S1 has the potential to help researchers find new biomarkers in slides they already have, discover treatment targets, and bring more personalized cancer care within reach!

Might be the most effective way to create a generation of techno-optimists Hard not to get excited about progress when you own a piece of it
Next year, I will give one of my SpaceX shares to every kid in America. This will be the first of many.

upgraded to "Adrafinil" (github.com/kageroumado/adraf…). keeps my mac awake with the lid closed ONLY while my agents are working (with temp controls). recommend!
if you haven’t bought a dummy display plug to keep your local agents running in your backpack, you’re falling behind

"There is currently a misalignment between the values mathematicians currently hold and the actual purpose of doing mathematics" Excellent piece by @PaulRRobichaud and @ChipkinLogan!
Fields Medalists Are Wrong: Why AI Is an Accelerant, Not a Bane, to Progress in Mathematics On the heels of OpenAI having solved the Navier–Stokes Millennium Prize Problem, about half of the living Fields Medalists signed an open letter titled “A Severe Misalignment of AI in Mathematics”. As of October 4th, 2026, the letter was ultimately signed by over 8,000 (and counting) mathematicians and academics in related fields. Conjecture Institute Fellow and mathematician @PaulRRobichaud and President @ChipkinLogan disagree with the spirit of the letter, which is essentially that AI is a problem for mathematics. On the contrary, it is a catalyst that opens entirely new vistas to mathematicians that were heretofore unreachable. Below is Paul and Logan’s response to the letter. 👇

been using @trycua Spaces (local VM) + Opus 5.5 for the last few days and it largely replaced Instinct for me! it's faster, can access my 1Password (incl. 2FA codes), and opens a tunnel to my browser whenever I need to "prove I'm human"

I've been working on a skill that makes better HTML plans in Claude Code. It uses simple language, shows code snippets, surfaces questions & makes mockups. Linting reduces the normal failure cases that Claude runs into. Would love your feedback before shipping more broadly!
