🎬 Join us this Fri, Mar 21 in Toronto for an exclusive Q&A following the screening of new doc, Lucy: The Stolen Lives of Elephants. Let’s ensure that this generation is the last generation of elephants used for entertainment- in Canada & around the world! bit.ly/4iCGdCJ
💔 An elephant never forgets and Joyce remembers every moment of her suffering.
🐘 There are sanctuaries ready to accept Joyce, but Six Flags refuses to release her. Join a growing community demanding her freedom! 📝 Sign the petition to free Joyce! bit.ly/4bkJXWU
📢 If we want to avoid and prevent future pandemics, we must change our relationship with animals! Strengthening laws to protect wildlife is not just vital—it's an urgent necessity to halt this dire trend and safeguard our natural world. #PandemicObservanceDay
That feeling when the sun hits your face for the first time in months and it feels like maybe, just maybe, there’s an end to winter in sight 😁🌞
ALT A young brown bear with its mouth open, partially obscured by a tree trunk in a sunlit forest setting.
💔 Joyce has been trapped in a tiny enclosure at Six Flags for over a decade. Forced to endure the cold, the noise and a life of loneliness, no elephant deserves this. You can change this. 📝 Sign the petition today! bit.ly/43leMZt
If travellers stopped demanding exploitative animal attractions, they would eventually cease to exist.
So let’s all stop. Not another dollar 🙅♂️
They had nowhere to go. You changed that. Thank you for supporting our disaster response efforts in the LA wildfires. 🧡 bit.ly/3XkXuYw
Your financial choices matter– and they make a difference for animals. Choosing ethical banking and being a conscious consumer are just a few of the many ways your everyday actions can help 💪 For more ideas on #WorldWildlifeDay, head to our website: bit.ly/3QDO6vp
Animal exploitation harms everyone 😫 Wild and farm animals, humans and our health AND the environment 💔The climate crisis and habitat loss are just a few reasons to take action for animals. Check out the rest right here → bit.ly/3ETTPux

Under my Captive Wildlife Protection Act, supported by @MoveTheWorldCA and the Toronto Zoo, attractions like Marineland, an organization with a deeply concerning record of animal welfare practices and a string of animal deaths, would never have been able to continue operating.

We've also been reaching out to Ontario's Chief Animal Welfare Inspector, Solicitor General & Minister of Tourism about the future of Marineland's remaining beluga whales & other animals to ensure their best welfare. @MoveTheWorldCA & @Whale_Sanctuary are ready to assist.

This is promising news! On behalf of @MoveTheWorldCA I sent fully costed platform proposals to the 4 ON political parties w/ a solution for preventing more animals from suffering at roadside zoos like Marineland. 88% of Ontarians & > 40 municipalities support our solution #onpoli

This marks the 18th beluga death at Marineland in Ontario since 2019 – and doesn’t include the orca, seals, sea lions, dolphin & penguins that have also died in the last 5 years. How many more animals will die before they get the protection they deserve? cbc.ca/news/canada/hamilton/…
