My Wife’s ring (natural) was $12,000 We can probably resell it for $3000 (25%) A lab grown equivalent is probably $2,000 and could resell for $300 (12%) difference is, we would lose $9,000 whereas the lab grown buyer loses $1,700. Ultimately, don’t buy stuff YOU need to resell

The primary reason we moved from NJ to NC was to be political refugees. We decided we shall never live in a blue state again. Democrats are communist tyrants. It was disheartening to vote today and see all the local judgeships and county offices had no Republican candidates. The Democrat runs unopposed! NC has three big problems: Raleigh, Asheville, and Charlotte. We are on the edge of Mecklenburg County, which is where Charlotte is. Definitely not safe here.
