And because I know @AmericanAir doesn’t care about it’s customers, I won’t get any type of compensation, credit or even decency regarding my flight. I used to love flying AA. I defended our toxic relationship to friends. Now, I’m extremely disappointed.

I’ve been a loyal @AmericanAir customer for over a decade, but I AM DONE. The customer service is HORRIFIC. They cancel flights with no further assistance. My bag is being held hostage. This is TOXIC.

Somebody needs to manifest a bullet. I need the police to keep that same energy they have with us. Open that third eye or whatever.

Watching how this Capitol protest is being handled makes me want every morsel of my tax money back.

I do my best to answer @EA in order to be amicable. And what do they do? Close the ticket and resubmit. Will someone with some sense call me so I can talk to a human and get this resolved? This is not rock science. Change my e-mail address bro. I want to play Madden with friends.

Then, @EA asks me to provide verification info on information that I provided as a teenager. Or for IP Address info from the last time I logged in?????? When I was in undergrad???
