My district recently had an in-service day with an excellent keynote speaker that I should have loved but I just wasn’t in the mental state to hear it. When they asked us to provide feedback I did some reflection and this was my response...
This pandemic is having an affect on everyone and we can’t just pretend that we’re ok. Not everyone will be able to just bounce back to who they were after all the vaccines are given and the masks come off...
I hope school districts, hospitals, and other employers realize that they will need to dedicate future in-service days and considerable resources to helping us all heal if they want things to be the way they used to #itsokaynottobeokay #education #mentalhealth
Our learning modality may have changed, but nothing can stop #KahootKup2021! Our first face to face fight of the tournament brought these teams to victory but the war is far from over... #kahoot #edtech #gamifylearning
The science shoppe is open for business! Students need to fill out their purchase orders to get the supplies for our water cleanup investigation and stay on budget.

New Hampshire's Brayden Harrington has made national headlines for bravely sharing his story about stuttering — so proud to see him take part in today's Inauguration Day events.
Proud to have Brayden Harrington join us to recite President Kennedy's powerful words. Like our new @POTUS, Brayden leads with the power of his speech.

They say a picture says 1,000 words, but this one says so much more... No matter where you fall politically, I hope you understand how important this day in history is for young women all over this country. #InaugurationDay facebook.com/100000455309313… – at New Hampshire, USA
Although I am a man, I have taught so many young women who would make outstanding leaders that we could all look up to and today they saw that they really can do anything. – at New Hampshire, USA
I hope with all my heart that one day I can point to some of our nations leaders and say that SHE used to be my student. Setting aside political differences is so hard sometimes, but we all need to at least respect our new Vice President @KamalaHarris and her role in history – at New Hampshire, USA
Jupiter and Saturn are putting on a show tonight! The two biggest planets in the solar system will be closer than they’ve been since the year 1226! Go take a look tonight just as the sun goes down for this winter solstice surprise! airandspace.si.edu/stories/e…

SNOW DAY TOMORROW!!! There will be no in person or remote work for @LurgioMiddle. Take the day to rest and have some fun. Go outside and enjoy the snow or stay warm with some hot cocoa inside, but whatever you do don’t think about school. We can get back to learning on Friday. – at New Hampshire, USA
