Signed the lease to this house partly because it had Ethernet in every room and Google fiber is here and they’re telling me the Ethernet ports are all fake.

Which two of you would like to sponsor me for a headliners club membership
The city of Austin has spent $68,817 at the Headliners Club, an invitation-only private club on the 21st floor of a downtown tower. - $43,560 for memberships - $22,582 for food, including "emergency food" - $2,664 for "other services" - $11 for parking At least one membership payment was charged straight to the City Manager's Office. Last year, the Austin American-Statesman reported that the city was paying the club. This was the same report showing that City Manager T.C. Broadnax had expensed about 150 Sweetgreen lunches. (He then promised to pay the city back.) The Headliners payments kept coming though. In March, the city sent the club another $5,028 for memberships.

I promise you that there is no situation in life that will be improved by texting a woman that many words
Follow-up to prior tweet. She responded to my friend this morning and he sent her one final text. Unfortunate with how things turned out but if she’s not genuinely attracted, what else can he do?

Everybody is sleeping on Haiku. My new workflow is maxed out reasoning + ultracode with Haiku. All the agents work and finish in a blink of an eye and it costs like $2 lol.

If you’re in AI, pivot to table salt
Morton salt is mined 2,000 feet below Lake Erie. And now the lake is leaking into the mine. The mine was evacuated, with no injuries. Do not expect the mine to reopen anytime soon. Or ever.

Just voted Democrat down ballot because Nick Fuentes told me to
Trump promised “no new wars,” then started a war with Iran that we are not only losing but which also destroyed the economy. Meanwhile, his corrupt advisors are selling their access to him for millions of dollars to megadonors and foreign countries. Stay home or vote Democrat.

3 in 4 were.....?
25 women and girls. That’s how many were killed 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙙𝙖𝙮 in conflict zones in 2025. #Peace must mean safety for women and girls. 🔗 More on the @UN Secretary-General's report on #WomenPeaceSecurity: unwomen.org/en/news-stories/… #ForAllWomenAndGirls
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
According to the same UN report, women and girls accounted for one in four of over 37,000 civilian deaths in 2025. Men and boys were the remaining three-quarters. The report notes men are still likelier to be killed. unwomen.org/en/articles/fa…

Would be a pretty solid product for women going on runs or hiking solo
Purdue University's IDEAS Lab built an autonomous drone that tracks runners through dense forests completely without GPS or cloud networks. By running 3D LiDAR mapping and obstacle-avoidance AI entirely on-chip, it can weave under tree canopies and predict target movement through blind spots in real time. Massive implications for next-gen search & rescue and edge AI.
