I’ve been trying to get this boy to read Harry Potter for years! Never thought I’d see the day. Turns out all it took was being in @MrsDaviBBES5 class! 📚
We chose our one word for 2nd grade! We discussed how their word can apply at home & school. As a reminder & because Taylor Swift is still on my mind, we made bracelets with their word. They LOVED this, & I love seeing them wear them as a reminder of their goals for the year.
No internet all day, no problem! It was a beautiful day to break out the chalk & celebrate our first full week of 2nd grade!

Our classroom elf Peppermint brought in snow for us today which was the perfect setting for our festive mystery reader and their family elf, Hoho!❄️
