A wonderful last walk for year 1 to the countryside park. We have witnessed the changing of the seasons this year and I have witnessed huge changes in these amazing children; so curious and aware of their environment. Feeling very privileged to have taught this class.
Lots of thought provoking suggestions in here @ABCDoes, thank you ☺️
I’m looking forward to seeing how I can support the transition of my new cohort @RogietPrimary
Thank you @songwritingdoc for generously spending time showing me how I can use music in my classroom successfully. I can’t wait to get going! @RogietPrimary I have lots to share with you.

Calling all teachers in Cwmbran! Be sure to stop by Cwmbran Library and borrow my book, 100 Ideas for Primary Teachers: Reading for Pleasure 📗💚! This library is where my love for children's books and passion for reading for pleasure began as a child growing up and later on when working there as an employee, and now it's an honour to come full circle and sign stock of my book which the library has so kindly ordered in. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it displayed on the 'New' shelf, right by the legendary @MichaelRosenYes! So grateful for their support and what a surreal feeling! @TorfaenLibrary #100Ideas #ReadingForPleasure @BloomsburyEd

Parents & teachers! When considering your children or those you teach, which areas of #maths are you noticing gaps in understanding or a lack of confidence? Is this a result of C19? Curious to see if there are trends & if you feel C19 has made a difference. #education #COVID19

I hope that talking about losing my beautiful girl encourages other young people to reach out for support 🙏🏼 Everyone has mental wellbeing and young people need to understand that difficult times pass and that there is no shame in asking for help ♥️ bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-5964…
Cannot wait to get stuck into this later! A surprise gift after seeing @edballs on #SaturdayKitchen today. Already spotted #crumble which I will make tomorrow after blackberrying earlier this week. #happydays
