This quote gets me in the gut anytime it pops up in my newsfeed. Behaviour is a form of communication, and it may not be as it appears on the surface.
When doing my MEd coursework, I found some of the universal accessibility features helpful. I could listen to essays when proofreading. Why not teach these features to all students so they can self select the features that help them?
