Happy #NationalDogDay to my adventure buddies🐾💜

Love this team💙💚 Year 5 done✔️

Thank you @SalemSharkTank for welcoming our 5th graders! It was a great trip!😃

On Wednesdays we wear pink💖 but in a nice way😄

You’re looking at a hardcore Tech fan and a really happy coincidence of matching teachers and a student😃 Wahoowa!!

Idiom projects from last week! You get a variety of facial expressions when you ask 5th graders to pose for a picture!😃

Just a little magic🪄 to introduce our new 5th grade book!

Was sick at the end of the last week on my birthday and ended up missing a field trip. Got some birthday cards that I really needed today that reminded me of my why. 5th grade is the best grade.

Can you tell we’ve listened to this song 10000000 times?! Had to cut off the end when they realized I was filming!🙃

Got to take their New Years dodecahedrons home today!😃

Busy and fun last week of 2022 together! Happy holidays!❄️

Pics from our Jamestown and Yorktown field trip earlier this week! It was an amazing day!! @RosemontForest @jyfmuseums

All smiles watching the Turkey Bowl this morning🦃🏈😃

Lots of fun and laughs playing this thanksgiving fluency game in small group today🦃😂 @RosemontForest

Thanks @jacquimday for setting up this book tasting for the kids! It was a great way to explore new books on Halloween!🎃📚

We kicked off our nonfiction unit today by analyzing text features! After close reading, each group had to choose a text feature in the article and explain why the author included it and what information could be learned from it. They crushed it!

😃

What a day!!✈️ @vbschools @RosemontForest

Successful week 1✌🏻 @RosemontForest

It’s year 5 for me! I’m spending it in the best grade with the best team💙💚 @RosemontForest
