My favorite one or two day getaway from Las Vegas with my family is Grand Canyon Glamping Resort. Not only is it affordable, close & beautiful, but we get to get away from the city lights and see the stars, hike, spend time with animals & horseback ride or take ATVs through thousands of acres. The free pop up features exclusive merch, memorabilia, collectibles and more as Metallica kicks off its 24-show Sphere residency.
Open through October 11, 2026. Hours are Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday and Saturday from 10 a.m. until after the Sphere show, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If you’re going to check it out, be prepared for a bit of a wait.
