I fell way off after my vacay this summer, but I’m back on my fitness journey. My hubby is doing it with me this time which increases my chance for success. I’m going to try and workout at least 5/6 times a week. Bday is in a month and I need to get back to last year’s form.

Haven’t seen much talk about this, but for the first time since at least 2008, Louisiana Democrats are outvoting their registration share in early voting. Black voter participation is also comparable to 2012, despite this being a midterm! (Data through Saturday Oct. 24)
