An emotional send off for a very special group of kids! ❤️ But it’s not “goodbye,” it’s “see you later!” I am honored to have been a part of their kindergarten experience. I am so immensely proud of their growth. All my love to Room 63! Congratulations love bugs! 🎓❤️
Thank you to the sweet friends who have made me and my fellow Room 63 teachers feel so appreciated this week! Not everyone wakes up every morning LOVING their job as much as I do! I am so lucky! 🌷
Today we played a version of Guess Who? on Zoom! The kids got to see baby pictures of all their teachers and friends and use clues to guess who each picture belonged to! It was a blast and my heart was so happy to have the biggest Zoom turnout thus far 😊

Got to have a Snack Chat with Room 63 today. These kids never fail to make me smile, and I was almost in tears listening to their excitement over seeing each other’s faces. One friend even performed a special song for us! 😊💕

It is so so hard to not be with my kiddos right now, so Facebook Live has become our new best friend! Students can listen to stories and play games with me on the other side of their screen! Can’t wait to see their faces in person again soon ❤️

Math centers are one of my favorite parts of the day! I love seeing my mathematicians use critical thinking and problem solving strategies. Not to mention the look of pride on their face when they complete a task! 💪🏼
Yesterday we had a VERY special guest reader! Mrs. Meurant came to read to my kiddos. They were super excited to meet my mom, who was once a K TA at Brookside back when I was a student! Things come full circle 😊
