I’m constantly asked if the goal of $40K for beginning teachers will help w/ the teacher shortage. Although districts are doing the best they can just to meet that threshold, we’re about 15K off. If educators figure out and/or follow their earning power, we’re all in trouble.

Had a student struggling that I really wanted to see succeed...decided to place him in the most uncomfortable seat in my classroom...that student just received his first 💯 of the semester and overall was MET(83%) for the standard! So proud of him!! ❤️🤍🖤 @BowserBullpup

Since this kid new seat he has received Mastery on every quiz/test I have given! Student is on his way to jumping two letter grades in my class! His excitement and joy for Math these last few weeks has soared!! So proud of him! @EVSCGlenwood @BowserBullpup
