Yesterday, I stayed off my laptop for a FULL 24 hours. Something I genuinely haven’t done in years. I legit had withdrawal symptoms, but I held on. Lmaooo. My brain refused to shut down though. But honestly? I’m proud of myself❤️

Today I interviewed a candidate who had a flawless resume. At the end of the interview, I offered him a glass of water. He took a sip, but didn't say "thank you." I immediately rejected his application. If you can’t show basic gratitude for a free resource, how can I trust you with my company’s budget?
