Playing Final Fantasy Resonance has me thinking about how much I'd love to see Cecil and Terra get the remake treatment. Both deserve it, but Cecil especially. Imagine a full remake of Final Fantasy IV with modern visuals. Square Enix, please make it happen! 🙏

Finishing a game and immediately starting another is great, but sometimes you need to sit there for a few minutes and process what you’ve just experienced. When a game leaves you thinking about it long after the credits roll, you know it’s special.

2026 Completion #48 Onimusha Way of the Sword #XBOX What a fantastic game! Capcom doesn’t miss. Incredibly addictive gameplay/boss fights, with a challenge that rivals the best of them. Last boss on Carnage is not for the faint of heart. Unbelievably difficult. Proud of this one

Trophies/Achievements are not a bad thing for video games: completely optional, add replay value, encourage players to explore or play in ways they otherwise wouldn’t, plus an additional sense of satisfaction on top of beating the game!

If you're playing the new Castlevania and feel like it doesn't feel like a true Castlevania game, just give it time. I get why people get Dead Cells vibes on streets of Paris, but once you reach the castle, that's where things really open up and the Castlevania magic kicks in.

Rose Belmont is quickly becoming one of my favourite protagonists. There's something about her her attitude and the way she carries herself that makes her so damn likeable. She's got that Belmont spirit, and I’m already invested in her journey. Castlevania is in good hands.
