Meet Tefani-Sam Razhi (Teffany or Tiffany Sam), born October 15, 2000, in Lebanon, is an IFBB Pro Wellness athlete known as “The Quadmother” for her extreme lower-body development. She earned her Pro card and the Overall title at the 2022 Olympia Amateur Eastern Europe at age 22, then won the 2023 Miami Muscle Beach Pro and Atlantic Coast Pro plus the 2025 Heart of Texas Pro, with Olympia finishes of 7th (2023) and 16th (2024–2025). Standing about 5’1”, she built her physique through high-intensity, high-frequency leg training and later released her “Quadmother Method” program.5
In April 2026 she retired from competition to focus on coaching, citing greater passion for guiding others, the emotional cost of prep, and a refusal to shrink her legs to meet shifting Wellness standards. She continues training hard, creates YouTube and Instagram content, coaches clients, and has written a memoir (Not As Strong As You Think). As the first Lebanese IFBB Pro Wellness athlete and a three-time Olympian, she remains active sharing training, mindset, and recovery insights while building her brand on her own terms.
