Who knew making a vada could be rocket science? iD Fresh Food founder PC Musthafa spent three years perfecting the vada hole and along the way, reinvented batter packaging.
Triggered by customer complaints about 'foreign particles' in the batter, Musthafa’s team took inspiration from a Transformer toy to design a pack that acts as a pouch during packaging, transit, and storage, but cleverly transforms into a vessel once opened - eliminating all external contact with the batter.
