In the first video Butte County resident Julie Threet <@julie4butte5> and I urged San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors (BOS) to stop the COVID-19 vaccines. This was Julie’s 38th BOS she commented, and her 133rd overall public comment. This was my 57th (out of 58) California county BOS meeting in-person appearances. Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors is the last one. In the second video Julie and I will share about something that happened today after we made our public comment, which has never happened before.

Hello Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong <@DrPatrick>, as of September 25, 2026, there were 97,594 COVID-19 vaccine injury California cases, and from that number, 767 Californians died from COVID-19 vaccines, according to MedAlerts.org. These numbers are conservative estimates. Add a couple zeroes, and we’re looking at more than nine million COVID-19 vaccine injuries and more than 76,000 deaths from COVID-19 vaccines—just in California. People have suffered allergic reactions, facial paralysis, miscarriages, heart attacks, heart inflammations, seizures, strokes and sudden deaths. I came by the Los Angeles Times (note first picture) yesterday with the hope that I would have been able to schedule an appointment to share this and more information with you. A security person showed me how I could relay my concerns via email (note second picture). However I had already emailed you twice—in October 2025 and April 2025. I’m reaching out to you because as the Executive Chairman of the Los Angeles Times, your influential daily newspaper can take the lead in reporting the harm COVID-19 vaccines have caused people. The Times has been a member of the California News Publishers Association (CNPA) for years. I worked at CNPA (when it was the California NewsPAPER Publishers Association) between 1987-1992. I emailed (and posted) this <muzzledtruth.com/wp-content/…> “12/5/24 Owens Ltr. to Champion/CNPA” letter to CNPA President & CEO Charles Ford Champion II. As you’ll read in that letter, I served as an Information Officer 2 at California Department of Public Health's (CDPH) Office of Public Affairs—now branded as the Office of Communications—from March 2, 2009, to December 31, 2023. During COVID, I informed CDPH management (an April 18, 2022, email) that COVID-19 “vaccines are killing people of color, Blacks, Latinos, Indigenous People at about two times the rate of White Americans,” said Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra on April 14, 2022. Not only did CDPH reject this information, I was issued a counseling memorandum, which was a pretext to being disciplined. They muzzled truth. But I did not participate in muzzling myself. You and forty million Californians needed to know what I knew. Since prematurely retiring on December 31, 2023—immediately incurred a 55 percent pay cut, which was the difference between my salary and pension—I have warned county (and city) governmental officials that COVID-19 vaccines “are killing people…” I share this 55 percent pay cut reduction information with California Board of Supervisor (BOS) members not to toot my horn. I share this information with them to accentuate that I would not have prematurely retired from a low three-figure salary state civil service position had I not been convinced that COVID-19 vaccines are harmful. I emailed a five-page PDF to 296 county elected and 62 administratively appointed (358 total recipients) local officials throughout the state. I notified/urged them to direct their County Health Officer to stop promoting, administering, and distributing COVID-19 vaccines, because they are injuring and killing people.  I am following up July 2024 written notification by speaking before BOS meetings in-person. Riding my Can-Am Spyder motorcycle (note third picture), I have thus far ridden more than 19,000 miles and appeared before 56 BOS meetings. San Bernardino County BOS and Los Angeles County BOS are my last two county’s. Dr. Soon-Shiong, as I noted in December 2024 to CNPA President & CEO Champion—as well as California Broadcasters Association (CBA) President & CEO Joe Berry—COVID-19 “vaccines are killing people…”at an alarming rate. Californians have a right to know. CNPA’s newsmedia members and CBA’s member stations have an ethical and moral obligation to inform them. In Jeremiah Hosea’s <@Earthdriver> interview on today’s Bassline with Charles Kovess <@CharlesKovess>, Kovess mentioned the singing group Peter, Paul and Mary. One of their songs, titled “If I Had My Way,” song is about Samson of the Bible. During this performance I heard a string base, but the base player is not with them on stage. Note the lyrics and listen to the spirited vocal melody, harmony and descant. Tap dancing feet and sporadic hand clapping is the only percussion I hear. Peter, Paul and Mary's “If I Had My Way” rendition is an energetic folk music style that's akin to the black church! As a matter of fact toward the end of the song, it sounds like the trio are indeed having church! “If I Had My Way” was originally recorded by Blind Willie Johnson on December 3, 1927. This song certainly brings back pleasant childhood memories. Some have said and still continue to say that Xavier Becerra <@XavierBecerra> misspoke when he said “we know that [COVID-19] vaccines are killing people of color, Blacks, Latinos, Indigenous People at about two times the rate of White Americans” on April 14, 2022.  On August 24, 2023, at 5:02 pm, I emailed California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Assistant Director. In that email I informed her everything that I shared in my October 13, 2022 and April 18, 2022 emails to my Deputy Director (please go to <muzzledtruth.com> and read those emails). I reported to CDPH Assistant Director there were 31,330 COVID-19 vaccine deaths nationwide. In that email I also included the number of California injuries (82,824) and California deaths (639). On September 6, 2023, at 4:09 pm, CDPH Assistant Director responded to that email I wrote her and too stated, among other things, “Secretary Becerra misspoke, and was actually discussing deaths associated with COVID-19, not the vaccines.”  Between 1992 to 2023, I held Public Information Officer positions at the Governor’s (CA) Office of Emergency Services, the Department of Motor Vehicles, the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, and CDPH. During my nearly 30 years with the state, I handled many news releases. Anytime there’s a misstatement, an incorrect date, a misspelled word, or typo we ALWAYS corrected the record and resent the news release. It was embarrassing, but it was the right thing to do to maintain public trust. As far as I know the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Press Room issued no correction. As a matter of fact, Becerra’s quote is still on the White House’s official YouTube channel—I just checked this morning—and has been part of the public record since April 14, 2022.  And why is the onus on us to ascertain whether Becerra misspoke anyway? The onus is on him to explain!  And even if Becerra did misspeak there’s an abundance of data indicating that the COVID-19 vaccines are injuring and killing people at an alarming rate. It doesn’t matter if the injured and dead are people of color or white. COVID-19 vaccines have caused allergic reactions, facial paralysis, miscarriages, heart attacks, heart inflammations, seizures, strokes, and sudden deaths, I informed CDPH Assistant Director more than three years ago and Steve Hilton <@SteveHiltonx> could have informed Californians during the gubernatorial debate last night.  Continuing my whistleblower story—on September 21, 2023, at 12:07 pm, I was issued a counseling memorandum, which in retrospect was a pretext for management to impose stronger disciplinary action—if I had challenged, the ensuing twelve months—CDPH’s “COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective” lie.  CDPH muzzled me. So, I unmuzzled myself. I prematurely retired from California state civil service on December 31, 2023—incurred a 55 percent pay cut, which was the difference between my salary and pension. However, my oath as a state worker and CDPH Information Officer 2 did not expire when I retired.  Therefore, I provided written notification to California’s 58 County Boards of Supervisors (BOS) in July 2024. I have followed up that written notification by traveling to and speaking before 55 BOS <@CSAC_Counties> in the state. San Bernardino County, Orange County and Los Angeles County BOS remain. As of August 31, 2026, there were 97,529 COVID-19 vaccine injury California cases. From that number, sadly 764 Californians died from COVID-19 vaccines. Less than one percent is reported. Add a couple zeroes. The figures are more than 9.7 million COVID-19 vaccine injured and more than 76,400 COVID-19 vaccine deaths—and this is just in California! CDPH, the California Board of Pharmacy <@CAPharmBoard>, 296 county-elected officials, the city councils of Carmel-by-the-Sea, Oceanside, Pacific Grove plus Chico, and these two gubernatorial candidates here have collectively ignored the carnage that is occurring in California.

Steve Hilton <@SteveHiltonx> KNOWS that Xavier Becerra <@XavierBecerra> said “we know that [COVID-19] vaccines are killing people of color, Blacks, Latinos, Indigenous People at about two times the rate of White Americans,” because I told him several times since January 2026! It baffles me why Hilton did not tell everyone what Becerra should have told forty million Californians on April 14, 2022!
