As we mark the start of #PrideMonth, we're reflecting on how far we've come while recognizing the work still to be done.
There's space for everyone — all genders and orientations — in exploration and discovery.

This week is one of the busiest travel times of the year! ✈️🚄🚗
Even if travel isn't part of your Thanksgiving plans, you can still send your name on a long-distance adventure!
Sign up to have your name engraved on the Europa Clipper spacecraft: europa.nasa.gov/message-in-a…
ALT The sun glints off the solar panels of the Europa Clipper spacecraft as it flies over the icy landscape of Europa, with Jupiter looming in the background. The NASA logo is next to the title “Europa Clipper: Exploring Jupiter’s Icy Moon” with the words Message in a Bottle and Send Your Name. Next this text is a cartoon of a glass bottle with a cork, and a rolled up scroll with the words “Your Name” inside of it

T-7 days until @NASA_Johnson's Open House!
On Saturday, Oct. 14, we’ll open the gates to the public celebrating @NASA's 65th anniversary, the @Space_Station's 25th anniversary and the upcoming Artemis missions to the Moon.
We’ll have something for all ages! Visitors will get a free, behind-the-scenes look at some of the agency’s most historic accomplishments and learn about the exciting work we are doing to return humans to the Moon & prepare for Mars. We will distribute eclipse glasses to guests, so that we can view the annular solar eclipse together at 11:58 a.m.

Thank you to @halseanderson for this final page at the end of Speak.
Florida continues to face an unprecedented crisis of ignorance.
This copy of Speak was printed in 1999, but this page is so relevant to the attacks we see on literature in schools today.

Let the countdown begin! 🚀🌎
In less than 24 hours Earth will receive back a sample from an asteroid for the very first time ever and I am so excited to be here to witness this historic event in Colorado with @LMSpace 🤩🙌
Let’s gooo #OSIRISREx ☄️ – at Denver, CO
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This is not the first time a sample from an asteroid has been returned to Earth. This feat was accomplished by the Japanese space agency in the Hyabusa missions in 2010 and 2020.
