NAW asked the court to pause Oregon's #EPR fees for its members while our Ninth Circuit appeal proceeds. New invoices arrive in January, months before the appeal is heard. Members shouldn’t pay fees they may never get back.

NAW has filed its reply in NAW v. Ryan, asking the court to halt enforcement of Colorado's #EPR law against NAW members. Colorado says joining CAA is voluntary. It isn't. The law allows no alternative until at least 2029.
