In my 30s and still here I suppose but only on a technicality. My mind exists on another plane. You just try and catch it sometime.

What's between your legs is, frankly, not that relevant to you having sex. And honestly, most girls would probably *prefer* you pretend it's not there anyway.

Eric Mathews goes to her school?
A friend of my daughter had a letter sent out to all the parents to say that one of the pupils in their school now identifies as a Squirrel. Why are schools encouraging this nonsense? Back in our day you’d have been sectioned for something like this.

Absolutely.
When my grandparents came here from Italy, nobody was kissing their asses trying to make them comfortable. There was no “press 2 for Italian.” No expectation that the cashier, bank teller, or guy at the DMV spoke Italian. And they sure as fck didn’t demand it. They learned English, worked their asses off, raised their families, and became proud Americans. They never forgot their roots, but they understood something we’ve apparently forgotten. They came to America. America didn’t come to them. Now expecting people to learn English is somehow controversial? Give me a friggin break. Be proud of your heritage. Speak whatever language you want at home. But don’t expect an entire country to adapt to you. My grandparents came here to become Americans, not to turn America into Italy. And I refuse to apologize for believing that still matters.

I think Muslims need to understand something uncomfortable. Non-Muslims do not owe Muhammad their respect. They do not believe he was a prophet, and some do not even consider him a good man. You can disagree with them, but you cannot demand that they see him the way you do. Your reverence for someone does not create an obligation for the rest of the world to revere him. So, are we going to kill everyone who insults Muhammad, or are we going to learn to practise our religion in a world where not everyone shares our beliefs? Because the world is not going to become Muslim just to protect our feelings. We have two choices: learn to live with our differences or spend our lives fighting a world we cannot control. You cannot force people to love your prophet by making them afraid to criticise him. You can only teach them to fear those who claim to love him.

Why shouldnt I care more? Give me one reason I should care about Gaza at this point?
Estáis más preocupados por "la caída de Occidente" que por el genocidio en Gaza. Lo que son las cosas

These people aren't starving, they just wanted free stuff that they took from hard working people's shops because they are lazy fuckers who never worked hard for anything in their lives.
You see, the greatest French writer in history, Victor Hugo wrote an entire novel about how looting to feed yourself and your family is not a crime or personal failing, but a fundamental flaw of a corrupt system that gives you no other choice

Its the same reason they go after Jews, they are jealous of their intelligence, hard work and competence and how it helps them get ahead.

Fucking good.
French police warned protesters: "If you approach the Louvre Museum in Paris, we will open fire!"
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
French police issued no such warning to open fire near the Louvre. Coverage of the Oct 17-19 protests details non-lethal crowd control like tear gas amid clashes and a small peaceful student blockade of the museum. thelocal.fr/20261019/prote… lemonde.fr/societe/live/2… leparisien.fr/societe/direct…

They are not nearly doing enough then.
La Policía en Francia está lanzando granadas lacrimógenas desde los balcones. Han dejado sin dientes, sin mano y sin ojo a tres manifestantes. Terrorismo es esto.

This is a rational response to have. Its an work of history itself and houses things that are irreplaceable. The French cannot fuck up protecting it.
If they fucking touch the Louvre, I will be so fucking pissed, and I’m not even French. And if the French government allows them to attack the Louvre without taking any sort of action, I will be even more fucking pissed.

This building had the significance of serving as the Belgian resistance during Nazi occupation. That is history. Also housed beautiful works of art that were lovingly restored in recent years costing millions of euros. You know nothing.
to anyone breathless over burning belleépoqueslop: 1883 isn’t ancient history and if you want to get upset about the condition of building take a look at some of the schools

Rioting over a lack of educational resources in France, yet somehow the looters found every luxury boutique, electronics shop and footwear store while missing every bookshop and stationery store!🧐

I wouldn't loot but alcohol would be my go to. Get the good stuff to knock back while the world burns.

I have been wondering what kind of shop I would loot if I had the chance. Maybe some nice alcohol? I'm really not motivated by material goods, designer clothes really don't mean anything to me. They do seem to mean a lot to the "anti capitalist" types. It's quite sad

He kind of looks like a badass here.
This guy embodies one of the most popular archetypes used to bully white men throughout the world. Yet after being attacked, he gets back up, stands his ground, and faces his attackers to defend whatever remains of his store. His attackers, meanwhile, behave like a pack of hyenas. Whatever bravery they have is only because of their numbers and their de facto anonymity — police wouldn’t arrest them anyway. So, the guy who looks like the punchline of a thousand jokes actually displays more honor in a single moment than literally the entire recorded history of his attackers. He has no crowd to hide behind, no numerical advantage, and seemingly very little left to protect. What has happened to him will either be ignored or excused as having been caused by some kind of socio-economic problem which is ultimately his fault anyway. Nevertheless, he stands there. I would take one thousand Jacques Blacks before taking a single refugee.
