That’s a ridiculous roughing the passer penalty. Was it late? Did he land on him? Did he hit him in the head?
Pass interference? Sure.
At some point, the Broncos will play their most explosive running back and stop being happy with winning games 15-12 against mediocre opponents.
Yes, I’m annoyed. Yes, my team is trash.
This video does kinda put into perspective how high the bar is in Denver.
“We keep this core together and they keep losing like this!”
Well in Denver, the frustration is “they keep getting down and playing poorly that they have to make epic comebacks like this!”
Not defending Jokic’s reaction entirely, but it does contextualize things a bit that grace wasn’t given until the game was out of reach or anything.
Being in the building, as soon as the crowd had any reason to cheer, they cheered very hard. The boos died out toward the end of the third when the effort started to ratchet up, then the place was a madhouse (complimentary) throughout the rest of the game.
If me asking about “the events that happened” and for Jokic to “react to them” is what gets him to walk away from the Nuggets, then he was never that committed in the first place.
To my mind, he said he’d sign the extension, so that’s where I’m going to assume his mind is.

About to go LIVE on @lockedonnuggets with @HPbasketball to chat about that Nuggets OT win.
-Major comeback
-Needed a major setback (and got some boos)
-Murray/Jokic big nights
-Trevon Brazile steps up

I will have to get some clarity from him on some point because this was my assumption as well.
For what it's worth, the players as a whole were pretty frustrated by the boos. Aaron Gordon, notably, said he'd rather fans boo than be silent.
Nikola Jokic on the fans that booed at Ball Arena:
“I’m glad you brought that up…if you ask me, they’re not welcome back”
Also mentioned that the Nuggets do this all time and fans should know Denver always has a chance.
Final Rotations for the Nuggets who win in overtime against the Pelicans.
Murray with 42 points
Jokic: 35-15-10-2-4
Brazile: 17 and 9 off the bench
After all that, Denver's 1-1.
HUGE three for Trevon Brazile. Then gets a contested rebound after a Pelicans miss.
He's stepped up big time tonight.
After a bad three quarters of this game and a whole lotta booing, the Nuggets have completed a 23-point comeback and are heading to overtime.
