September is Gold Star Families Month, a time to honor the families of fallen servicemembers and remember the extraordinary sacrifice they have made for our country.
It was an honor to welcome Gold Star Families and Families of the Fallen to the People’s House. Their loved ones’ service and sacrifice will never be forgotten, and North Carolina will continue to stand with these families and support them all year long.
Last night, H.R. 10159 passed U.S. House & Senate and now heads to the President, authorizing a federal land transfer to the state of NC to rebuild the Fayetteville State Veterans Home. DMVA thanks @RepHudsonNC, @SenTedBuddNC, Fort Bragg & @nc_governor for leading the charge.
