Unfortunately, at our AGM last week we didn't meet our quorum of 25%. This means we were unable to carry out the business part of our meeting, which includes signing off our annual accounts and passing an extraordinary resolution to close the co-operative society. 1/2
The AGM was adjourned to tomorrow, Thursday 19 September, 12-1pm. We are not required to meet a quorum for this meeting, but we’d like you to come along and be involved in our progress on to the next chapter. Find out more and book tickets: eventbrite.com/e/annual-gene…
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately we’ve decided to cancel both the EGM and the Communication and Comedy event that was due to take place on Thursday.
