Clean energy is booming — but who actually owns it?
Too often, the communities that need it most are customers, not stakeholders. Vote to put community-owned clean energy on the stage at The 2027 Just Economy Conference. 🗳️

New on ncrc.org: Neighborhoods near toxic industrial sites are 33% less likely to gentrify than those without one.
That sounds like protection. It is not. Residents avoid displacement by staying in polluted air.
