What is a mediation? It is an informal legal proceeding. Unlike Clerks or Judges, Mediators don't make decisions: they guide parties to resolve disputes themselves through discussions that yield a written agreement and allow them to dismiss the matter and avoid a trial.

Are you both a Judge (active, retired, emergency) and a Mediator? Don't forget to make an Individual Account on File & Serve as Judicial Standards prohibit you filing your Mediator Forms under your Judge Account. It's a conflict of interest.
