Had a great time talking to the National High School Model UN Conference about autonomous weapons and drone swarms. Glad to see the globe's future leaders paying close attention to the topic.
Thank you @Almagro_OEA2015 for your insightful and inspiring visit, we were so honored to have you with us!
Multilateral organizations must defend principles of human dignity, remain committed to the cause of human rights, democracy and freedom, and always be close to the needs of vulnerable populations. My words to the National High School Model United Nations @NHSMUN.
So grateful for the warm welcome from @LtGovHochulNY to our students earlier today. Now we just need to get back to NY in-person!
Young people are developing the skills to be our future leaders, policy-makers & activists through Model UN.
Great to fire up @NHSMUN participants from around the globe about the battle against COVID, climate change & efforts to improve women’s rights and protect human rights.
