“…that she’d been literally gang raped while intoxicated by five men at a fraternity house…” This is WILD. This is a sitting governor robbing 7 men of their right to due process.

Seeing all these talking heads and influencers act scandalized and holier than thou over the ad against Amy Acton when they didn’t have shit to say about Charlie’s murder or the celebration of it or the way President Trump is mistreated, persecuted, and smeared on a daily basis makes me SICK.

Amy Acton—not Vivek Ramaswamy—was directly responsible for Ohio's COVID public health response in 2020. She was Ohio’s Dept of Health Director. Enough with the leftist propaganda.

NEWSFLASH: Vivek is just as responsible for the disastrous COVID response! xitter.cf/AmericanReform_/status…

A commenter brings up the fact that Amy Acton won’t allow cameras in her events and also won’t debate. Batya’s response? “Amy Acton—not my favorite candidate. I’m sure that being raped by your stepfather has a certain impact on your character.” So we’re at “her policies are bad, her character is bad, her tactics are shady, and she’s maybe got something to hide, but she was raped, so she gets a pass”? That’s really where we’re at? I don’t see how this is fundamentally different from the feminism we fight against daily.

“I get that you don’t want her as a governor…There has to be things that matter to us more…than getting power.” Batya shrugs off how bad Acton’s policies would be for Ohioans and doubles down on the fact that “something has to matter more than power.” The ad is done and out. Condemn it; that’s your prerogative. Then go vote red up and down the ticket. Enough with moral grandstanding at the 11th hour. Amy Acton wants to murder preborn humans.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but Amy Acton is NOT a child.

“Even a child can be called a liar by as sitting Vice President.” First off, Vance didn’t call Amy a liar as far as I know. He said her policies are bad. Secondly and more significantly, he definitely didn’t call a child a liar. Amy is an adult. No child is involved in this at all. We can condemn the ad without mistaking Amy for a child.

Amplifying the words of the woman who lost custody for abuse and fled with her indicted rapist husband is immoral. And it was done by candidate for governor and backed by the VP No wonder women don’t come forward. Even a child can be called a liar by as sitting Vice President

“To use it to attack her and call her a liar? I can’t think of anything I’ve seen in American politics that comes close to that…There’s a lot of competition for like the worst possible thing in American politics. I think that this kinda takes the case.” Batya (whom I typically respect) repeated this sentiment at least three times in her show today. It’s a patently absurd and frankly offensive sentiment when we saw not only the political assassination of Charlie Kirk but also the subsequent celebration and mockery of it, as well as the suggestion from sitting elected officials that it might’ve been deserved because of how “hateful” he was. If we clutch those pearls any harder, they’re gonna break. Take a breath.
Calling the ad “the most disgusting thing you’ve ever seen in American politics” when Charlie is dead and people cheered and still mock it is freakin wild.

Remember, during Covid the only place you could go in Ohio with no limits was the abortion clinics

A lot of folks are treating Amy Acton as if she’s currently that little 9 to 12-year-old girl. She’s not. We should be able to make the distinction between current children who should be protected and something that happened to an adult while he or she was a kid. You can disavow the ad, but there’s no reason to treat Amy as if she’s still that little girl. Her mother had already spoken these words and called her a liar publicly back in 2020. Amy knew this might come up very publicly when she willingly threw her hat in the ring. Again, you can disavow Vivek’s actions and point out the immorality while still acknowledging that Amy is an adult.

This is an example of what I mean. Amy is NOT a kid. Our conversation around this ad has nothing yo do with children’s safety. Not rushing to be outraged about this ad doesn’t mean I condone preying upon children. The lack of nuance and distinction is unhinged. Stop treating her as if she’s currently a victimized little girl.

Do you have kids and are they safe?

“You have to be able to say ‘I would rather lose than win with the guy willing to call a woman who was raped as a child a liar.’.. You have to want something more than power…” The strawmanning here from Batya is insane. I normally respect her takes. Vice President Vance wasn’t saying the only thing that matters is power. What he’s saying is Amy’s policies are devastating, and that has to matter more. I agree with him. Batya seems to want the vice president and every single Republican to disavow Vivek and completely revoke support—all because of this ad. That’s political suicide. The ad may well have already handed to governor’s race to Amy. Vivek was already an unlikable candidate and struggling even before this. But there’s no reason for us to essentially bow out of the race. Policies matter more.

“I am a little bit disgusted when I see republicans across the country who are whining more about that advertisement than they are about what the congressional democrats want to do to this country.” Vice President Vance is spot on here, and Batya way off. No one “weaponized the rape of child.” And the policies matter more. In the world of politics, the policies matter more than the character. Amy is not a little girl anymore. She is going to be fine. The preborn humans she wants to abort will not be. Policies have real-world and pervasive impact.

Amy Acton gets a pass for her fascistic Covid policies that bankrupted people, ruined their lives, and killed people because it was “retraumatizing” to her. 🙄
